“staying in” free class

hola,

i am gonna give this online class thing a whirl; since we are all having to stay inside.

i am VERY much missing teaching, so hoping this will be an enjoyable experience for all involved — including me!

i’m a little video-phobic, i worry too much about how my voice sounds, how i look on the camera and how much i am stumbling over my words. that is in addition to all my tech-challenges! LOL!

this class is one of my series of Money $aving $ketches classes; the concept is take 1 set of supplies, cut once and get 2-2 page layouts.

some of you, like me, scrapbook for several kids, so having another layout with the same colors is helpful for that. other times, you might have more that one set of photos that have similar colors.

for this class, i am using photos from 2 different events for my son’s b-day that had similar colors.

20-04 free online class

once you have your directions printed, please gather the supplies listed in addition to your trimmer, glue, tape runner and photos. and then… you are ready to view the video below to see how to cut your papers and put your layouts together.

the video runs around 25 minutes, and i would estimate that it will take you about an hour to put your 2 layouts together. there are “pause” sections, so you can pause the video and do the steps required, then hit play and go on to the next step…

i would welcome any comments and would enjoy seeing the layouts you create from these sketches.
