{REMINISCE} CHA Sneak Peek!!!

any REMINISCE fans out there???

wanna see what they’ve been up to? how about a little peek at their BRAND NEW LINES!!!

and although the line has some papers and embellies that can be used for St. Patty’s day,  it is also great for any “green” projects or layouts too!

another new line – which has some AWESOME embellies – you HAVE to check them out – is ROAD SIGNS! there are stickers, new 3-D stickers, chipboard elements, rub ons, LOTS of different 12 X 12 embellies, including a sheet where you can make your own billboards! if you have any travel/transportation type photos or projects, THIS is the line for you! if you like all the new embellies, let Reminisce know (click here to post your comment on the blog), maybe if the response is good, they’ll release MORE embellies like these with newer lines! here is a layout and 2 projects using the line…

there are also 2 new lines launching:  GRADUATION CELEBRATION, which will be available in April and their Valentine line, BE MINE, which is already in stores now! i don’t have any projects for these 2 lines yet, but will have some soon!

{DAISY BUCKET} CHA sneak peek!!!

wanna take a peek at some projects using some of the BRAND spanking new lines from Daisy Bucket?

well here’s a few!

first up are a card and layout using the new NANTUCKET ISLAND line…

and here is a Christmas layout (i’m sure you haven’t scrapped ALL your Christmas pics yet) and a Christmas card (get started early and be ready for next year!) the line used for these projects is called MERRY WISHES and it’s already been released as well. i also made a valentine card – “you make me smile” – using this line. it can be used for MORE than just your holiday photos -  the red, aqua and brown color palette make it suitable for a variety of themes.

and last – but NOT least – is their new Valentine/Love line called LOVES ME-LOVES ME NOT.  This line has also already been released and is in stores NOW! here’s a layout,  a project and 3 valentines  i made using the line:

they also have BRAND new stamps, rub ons and chipboard!!! the BIGGEST – and i do mean BIGGEST news is their new chipboard banners they are GI-NORMOUS! 12 X 23 pieces in 2 different shapes! they also have the same shapes in smaller 5 X 10 pieces – i used the smaller ones in my project. click HERE to see ALL the new DAISY BUCKET stuff!

UPCOMING CLASSES at scrapbook 911!!!

well, i guess first i should address the fact that i haven’t posted anything on my blog in over a MONTH! time sure flies!

the weeks following Christmas have been JUST as hectic if not more so than the weeks leading up to the holidays! LOL! it seems like everyday has brought a HUGE to-do list and i just haven’t been able to do everything – wonder woman i ain’t! so some things have had to get put on the back burner, and unfortunately, my blog was one of them.

the good news is that i DO have a LOT of stuff saved up to post, so hopefully this coming week will bring a lot of new projects for you! 

NOW — as to class information…

tomorrow – monday, i will be teaching my first NEW Sketch & More class!  it is another daytime class and it again begins with a sketch i provide. you’ll get to make one – 2 page layout with YOUR choice of papers. then, we’ll use the leftover supplies from the layout to make a project. the project could be just about anything – cards, a frame, a mini book, maybe even another layout – who knows! it all depends on what supplies are leftover. the project will change from month to month. so whether you like layout classes or project classes – this one has BOTH!

then – on saturday, i’ll be teaching the You Color My World mini album…

color-my-world (this class is full at the moment, but if you are interested, you can get on the waiting list in case someone cancels) and the mom & me class. this months mom & me class project will be a Valentine Coupon Book…

 it’s a great little gift for them to give to a parent or grandparent or other favorite relative! everything will be precut, so it’ll be easy to assemble. older kids (and adults) are welcome too – as long as they promise to behave themselves! LOL!

i’ll have some more information in the next week or so about my February classes.
