the JUST B CRAFTY CONFERENCE in waxahachie is coming up soon! april 30 thru may 2.

charlotte and i will be selling our kits from T&C Paper Crafting. we’ll have both ready to assemble kits as well as “last chance” already assembled kits for $10 each.

i’ll have some mini album and altered book kits and we’ll see what else i have time to make! LOL!

i’ll also be teaching 2 classes…

intro to altered books #2 – vintage texas themed book…

in this class, i’ll add a few new techniques to those i taught in intro to altered books #1. but don’t worry if you didn’t take the first class, i’ll be going over the basics.

there is a TON of ephemera that i have curated and printed from my personal collection as well as vintage texas themed items i found.

you’ll learn how to make altered books more easily using the techniques i’ve developed while completing the project.

my second class is merry merry may 6 X8 christmas album i hesitate to call this project a mini album; it has 20 pages! that’s 40 pages front and back! the 6 X 8 album from vicki boutin has 8 printed paper pages and 12 pocket pages. i’ve embellished them all! there are also some interactive elements on some of the pocket pages.

add this book to your christmas decor; have it out where relatives and friends can flip through some of your photos from the season. OR maybe create it for a hard to shop for person on your list.

charlotte will also be teaching a class: scrap a pack which will have a christmas theme. you’ll make 10 2 page layouts all using one pack of paper and added cardstock. learn to get the most out of your supplies!
