Welcome to a LOVEly blog hop with Clearsnap and Ann Butler Designs! Last month at the CHA trade show, we released a new collection of foam and rubber stamps with Ann Butler Designs, called Background Basics, to compliment her line of ColorBox Crafter’s Inks and her existing faux quilting stamp lines. Today, our teams are sharing Valentine craft ideas you can make tonight for your special someone for Valentine’s Day.
hello! you have arrived at my blog – tami sanders * paper crafter, on your hop with Clearsnap and Ann Butler!
if you just stumbled upon the hop, please check out the list below so you can start at the beginning.
i’d like to share my “gifty” Valentine project with you. this {LOVE} banner can be used for decor, gifting or BOTH…
the banner was made by stamping denim and canvas with the…
NEW! Ann Butler ColorBox Background Basics Stamps, ColorBox Crafter’s Inks and Art Screens.
the stamped pieces were cut apart and adhered to chipboard to mimic little quilted bits. the white denim jeans i was cutting apart for fabric had adorable little pink stitched hearts on the pockets, so i decided to use one of the pockets in the banner. you could make 4 hearts if you don’t have a pocket handy.
to make this banner a gift, write a love note or coupon for dinner, movie, etc on the tag in the pocket. if you are’t using the pocket, just make one or ALL of the chipboard hearts into a pocket by adding another chipboard heart to the back of each and leave the top open.
i’ve put together a Snapguide that lists all the supplies and step-by-step directions – with photos that you need to make this banner yourself…
Now click-along to each blog in the hop and leave a comment on each post. Then, use the Rafflectoper widget at the end of this post to win an assortment of Ann Butler Designs’ new Background Basics stamps with Clearsnap!
