thanks kaufman!

charlotte and i want to thank everyone who came out to crop and shop in kaufman this past weekend.

we appreciate those of you who enjoy our kits and classes and we look forward to seeing our “regulars” (shout out😊to karen & leslie).

while this was our last show in kaufman, we hope to see all of you at other dallas area events we will be attending in 2023, and hopefully 2024:

t & c paper crafting will have a booth at JUST CROP, SHOP & CREATE on july 7-8 in grapevine, tx.

i will be teaching a soon to be announced class for Jodie with Just Crop at the event, and charlotte and i may each teach another class as well.

we will also be offering a “freebie” at JUST CROP, SHOP & CREATE. and will have go-with layouts as a show special – just $5 for a 2 page layout!

stay tuned for more details!

charlotte and i will be helping Jodie at GASC in arlington, tx june 16-17 and i will be teaching 2 classes for her as well at the event:

each of these classes will be offered both friday & saturday. you can sign up for either of these classes online at CKC EVENTS

it takes a lot of time, hard work and dedication to put on a weekend crop event, be a vendor at a show or offer a class. there is a lot of expense involved too. most of us do not do it for the $$$, but for the love of papercrafting and the wonderful friends we make along the way.

with the loss of scrapbook and stamp stores, these shows, conventions and crop events are a way for us all to connect, learn – and shop!

i enjoy being able to touch, feel and try out papercrafting products. to see demos or samples up close and in person. to be able to buy just the papers i want and to mix and match collections and colors – things you cant easily do when buying online.

i also enjoy walking around an event and seeing what other crafters are doing. getting new inspiration, learning about new products and techniques and just getting to know others who share my interests.

if you appreciate these events, take time to let the vendors know you like having them, if you enjoyed a class, pass that along to the instructor and class sponsor. and most importantly, thank the organizer for offering the event and let them know which vendors or types of vendors you enjoy most. same with classes or demos. your opinions will help organizers make their events better and better each year!

you can also help these events continue to grow by letting your friends and contacts know about them – help spread the word! word of mouth, whether in person or on social media is the bestest way to promote events you enjoy attending and keep them going!

hope to see you soon!

please leave a comment; i'd love to hear from you!
