it started off as an idea for a gift for a friend…
and it ended up acting as a springboard to an idea for a new mini album design! bonus!
i love mini albums whether its embellishing a premade album or one of my own design.
awhile back i purchased a LOT of chipboard at an estate sale. i’ve stared at it lots and lots, but hadnt decided what i wanted to use it for.
i wanted to make karen a mini album for her new granddaughter, violet. but none of my “premade” albums seemed right for the project.
but then, the chipboard whispered from the closet… “pick me!”. so i pulled out a couple of sheets and started playing.
i was VERY happy with the finished project. so much so, that i immediately started on another album!

the family album will be a kit or class, watch for details!
i’d also thought about making mini album “blanks”, and selling kits of precut papers and embellies in a variety of themes to use with them. comments or suggestions are welcome!
