here’s the other halloween sample page that i did for scrapbook 911…

it uses the new halloween line by AMERICAN CRAFTS:

 i used the tim holtz tiny stapler to attach the ribbon loops — i just took some ribbon and loosely formed and stapled the loops – one at a time.
