here are some “announcements”…
— Stamp Antonio now has my info on the april 7th classes, so you can call and sign up NOW if you like!
— Stamp Antonio wants YOU! to become a customer that is! if you are looking for a place to meet and crop, you are welcome to use their room – as long as there isn’t a class scheduled; you may want to call first. they are also QUICKLY trying to expand their cardstock and tool sections for us scrapbookers! YIPPEE! please stop by in the coming weeks to see them, and PLEASE let them know if you did NOT find what you were looking for as they’d like input on what products they might could add. ALSO — they may be adding some Friday nite crops – stay tuned!
— The Scrapbooking Factory wants you TOO! isn’t it nice to be needed? Jane is VERY busy trying to add new or enlarge some of her retreats to accomodate all of those who enjoyed retreats at sb911. so please keep an eye on her website for new dates. and don’t forget about her store too!
— new feature on my blog! i’ve added new pages for a more complete, one stop “shop” of my classes! if you look on the in the sidebar down the left side of my blog, right at the top of the links ( and right under chris making a snow angel) – you’ll see it — “class photos, descriptions and supplies”. now you will able to take a peek at upcoming classes quickly and easily, and you will also be able to read the descriptions AND check and see what supplies you need to bring with you to class! i am hoping that this will be a helpful resource for you – ESPECIALLY for the Money $aving $ketches and PhotoFULL classes. you’ll be able to prep for them well in advance to know what papers and cardstocks you’ll need to bring.
— my apologies to any of you who thought you were signed up for Money $aving $ketches last night… when i checked on my classes sunday afternoon, there was only ONE name on the list for M$$, and that student had actually already taken the class and was just coming for a refresher! if there were others who had signed up, or called to sign up, your names were NOT on the list. i don’t know what happened, or how that mix up might have occurred. i am VERY sorry if you came for class only to find it cancelled. i had made the decision to cancel the class sunday based on having only ONE person on the list. if you paid for the class, or think you might have been charged, PLEASE double check with sb911 to get a refund. if you are still interested in getting the class sheet, please e-mail me and i will get it to you.
— if you had ANY of my class kits or sheets waiting for you at sb911 that you had not picked up yet… PLEASE hurry in and pick them up! i will NOT have them! so please be sure you go by to get them before the store closes; i would STRONGLY advise you to do this BEFORE march 5th. otherwise, they may end up in the garage sale! i wish i could help you with this, but i won’t have access to them and won’t be able to! so please pick up anything you have paid for or resolve it with sb911 before they close.
— and all of my scrapbook 911 classes for March,including, my position as Friday nite crop hostess this friday, are cancelled. {don’t know if the crop itself is cancelled}
ALSO…
i will be doing an “interactive” demo at Stamp Antonio this saturday, march 5, from 12:00 to 2:00 using some of the BRAND NEW Clearsnap products! we’ll be playing with the ColorBox Archival Dye Inks AND the new FAIRY DUST by Donna Salazar! if you’d like to get a bit messy — and glittery LOL! – then PLEASE stop by and see me! i’d love to have some of you drop in and see me there! it’s a come and go thing, so you can stop by anytime between 12 and 2.
here’s a card i made using those the Archival Dye Ink and the Fairy Dust and i’ll be showing YOU how to do some of the techniques i used to make it at the demo…
thank you!
