halloween has become one of my favorite holidays, ranking right behind Christmas.
when my kiddos were smaller, heading to the fabric store to pick out patterns and material for their costumes was one of my very favorite things to do all year.
and i have to admit, my love of halloween is mostly due to the decorations. i love vintage halloween in particular and a lot of the old designs are being revamped and reused in current halloween decor.
true vintage halloween is hard to find as most items were made to be disposable, but i do have a few vintage items.
i have some halloween projects to share with you to celebrate the day…

this project features one of the new 3D Frameables by Clear Scraps. i really like the concept of being able to mix a frame with different themes. if you would like step out directions for this project, please view it here on the Clear Scraps Blog >>> BOO Frame

this tag was another of my Clear Scraps Design Team projects. it features one of their new shakers. i photographed it among some of my vintage halloween ribbon i found at an estate sale. if you would like more details on how i made the tag, you can view my post on the Clear Scraps Blog >>> Spooky Tag

this was my last Clear Scraps project for October. it is an altered printers tray. i used vintage colors and designs so it would coordinate with my vintage halloween decor. if you would like step out directions for this project, you can find them here >>> Halloween Printers Tray
and here is a gallery of some halloween projects i’ve made over the years. tap on any photo to see it in it’s entirety…
i hope you all have a safe and happy halloween! and don’t steal ALL the good candy outta your kiddos bags, but snagging a few choice pieces to “check” them is allowed ;)
